Security Supervisor (Certified Law Enforcement) - More details

Responsible for the daily shift operations within the department. Performs supervisory duties such as interviewing new applicants, maintaining personnel records, performance appraisals, discipline, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Responsible for organizing shift assignments and work schedules, adequate staffing, conducting shift meetings, and training. Responsible for enforcing all policies and procedures as established, reporting all violations of casino policy to respective departments, and maintaining and routing reports for all casino incidents on appropriate forms. Responds to emergencies on casino property according to established procedures, watch for and report all safety hazards, and coordinate with Tribal/local law enforcement officers as necessary. *Must possess Law Enforcement Certification**

Poker Dealer - More details

The Poker Dealer will ensure courteous and efficient table games service to guests in accordance with company standards and shall operate such in accordance with the ordinance adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council. Must be willing to work various shifts to include weekends and holidays and have prior experience.

Housekeeping Porter - More details

Responsible for properly maintaining all areas of the casino and grounds in an attractive and orderly manner by performing essential cleaning functions. Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, washing windows, collecting trash, and sidewalk snow removal/deicer, etc.

Water Treatment Operator (Level III) - More details

Performs essential maintenance and repair functions to ensure efficient mechanical operations and proper upkeep of all areas of the casino facilities and grounds in an orderly and attractive manner. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *Trouble shoots, repairs, installs, monitors and maintains plumbing, sewage and water systems and fixtures while using the proper hand and/or power tools. *Performs preventive and predictive maintenance schedules on a routine basis for the purpose of identifying potential hazards and repairs *Performs routine clean up of assigned work areas and maintenance shop areas *Must be able to comprehend and follow basic instructions, and adhere to all policies and procedures of the casino and department *Requests materials, supplies and equipment for the purpose of ensuring that adequate materials are available to complete assignments in a timely manner. *Complete all routine paperwork and shift reports on a daily basis *Ability to read and comprehend from verbal instructions, blueprints and/or working drawings *Must be knowledgeable of and adhere to proper safety methods for equipment/tool operation, chemical use, construction practices and lifting techniques without presenting a direct threat to self or others. *Must show the ability to prioritize work orders and requests that best fits the maintenance department and the casino.

Promotion Coordinator - More details

Responsible for timely creation and implementation of casino promotions. Handles all aspects of set-up, decorations, pre-promotion, and advertisement for each promotion planned. Must be able to identify and quantify expenditures on all promotional activities. Responsible for maintaining all records on department activities, helping to use positive incentive programs, and keeping involved on cost effectiveness of sales approaches.

Graphic Artist - More details

Responsible for the development, production and visual design for WinnaVegas Casino Resort. Includes establishing the company’s identity, proposing designs, creating prototypes, designing and developing information architecture. Works closely with departmental managers on various aspects of the website and all marketing materials. Create ads, for newspaper, magazines, billboards, events, monthly mailer, and digital signage within the casino.

Safety & Wellness Administrator - More details

Responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures and programs of organizational wide wellness, safety and work-related injuries.Conduct injury-loss analysis of all work-related injury claims to determine trends and appropriate risk control actions necessary to prevent reoccurrence. Maintains appropriate and regulated reports needed for claim information, work comp and other reports as assigned.
